Description
The story of a poor, uneducated old man who dies and wanders in the afterlife's limbo. In life, he was an atheist who believed in nothing and didn't think much about anything. Therefore, he is shocked to discover that physical death was not the end of his existence. In the immaterial dimension, he meets other individuals who explain everything essential about human life and consciousness. He is then prepared to return to Earth again and this time live a better life. The second part of the book tells the story of two other men: a son and a father, successful entrepreneurs. Both die of a heart attack. After death, the son meets his father, which again offers the opportunity to clarify what our existence is really about and everything that has always interested people. Throughout the narrative, among other things, the absurdity and hypocrisy of Catholicism is revealed. Rampa writes very cynically, with harsh black humor, as he does not have a high opinion of human nature...
