To ensure that our spine functions painlessly, for a long time, and correctly, it is essential to strengthen the muscles that support it, while also properly relaxing the entire support system of the body. This can be achieved through an exercise method presented in this book. The starting position for all the exercises mentioned is always lying down. It is not just a classic lie on the ground, as the practitioner assumes a specific position that allows for full muscle relaxation. Gradually, however, they learn to engage all the joints and the entire spine, while – despite the individual muscle groups being worked – the body as a whole rests. These exercises can also be performed even with health issues, as they are gentle, non-invasive, and overall very beneficial special exercises.
