Láska není řízek – Halamíčková Petra (2015)

The Czech author and psychotherapist, drawing on her rich experience, narrates with wisdom and humor about family and partner relationships. In the first part dedicated to parenting, she focuses primarily on the mistakes we make in raising children that then deform them even in adulthood. The second part analyzes relationships between men and women. The book's contribution is a detailed analysis of specific situations and good advice on how to proceed in them and what reactions are not good; it includes an analysis of unhealthy patterns and suggests a way out. Example: Another situation is when a "non-solver" receives a suggestion on how to handle a crisis situation, it is within their capabilities, they seemingly agree, but internally do not identify with the guidance, so they do not implement it. I call such people "non-solvers." The guidance contains something that the non-solver would have to give up, or they would have to make some change in their life, try, participate... The non-solver seemingly adapts, for example, they go somewhere, but later criticize the expert to evade their responsibility, or they make excuses about another cause. This approach is very frustrating for those around them, and even the best friends eventually give up after some time because they see no progress, often for several years.
