The Moon has its own rhythm and cycle, which differs from the usual division of days into weeks and months. There are twenty-nine lunar days: each begins at a different time, not automatically in the morning or after midnight, and this calculation changes from year to year (you will find the necessary tables in the book). Lunar days are interesting for their significance. Various influences operate within them, related to the changing phases of the Moon in the sky. Therefore, it is wise to engage in different activities during different lunar days. At the same time, our body and psyche are always tuned differently (in other words, influenced).
