Description
The final battle begins. The Land of Ruin is drowning in blood. Prague, 2030. During this terrifying “zombie” apocalypse, the state and its institutions have collapsed, and in the devastated metropolis, only the law of the strongest prevails. A dictator known as the General makes full use of that law. The only person to resist the new order is an unnamed nineteen-year-old man. Not only has he escaped from a heavily guarded prison where the General’s guard tested an experimental treatment on unwilling subjects, but he has also left the bodies of his pursuers behind. For the General, capturing him is a matter of internal security, but the hunt for the fleeing prey soon turns into a bloody massacre. It remains unclear whether the undeclared war will leave only losers behind, and whether the fall of the uncompromising regime will ultimately bring about something even worse. The book is in Czech.
