The academic literature has so far focused on Asperger's syndrome (AS) primarily in children – as if it disappears in adulthood. In reality, however, it can be easily recognized in many yet undiagnosed adults. AS may even be one of the most common but overlooked diagnoses. Asperger's syndrome represents an innate, surprisingly widespread difference in the arrangement of the human mind.
