Description
Senator Jonas O’Joice concludes that the justice system of the United States is failing in its corrective and rehabilitative role. He therefore drafts a bill to allow for the temporary conditional release of prisoners. If they behave properly until the end of the designated period, they will be granted full freedom to become citizens useful to society. However, if they commit any offense during their probation, they will return to prison for good! But before the law is presented to the Senate, it needs to be tested. And to make the test conclusive, the decision is made to evaluate its functioning on the worst scoundrels the American land has ever known – the Dalton brothers! You can guess which lucky fellow (who shoots faster than his shadow) will be tasked with overseeing the released convicts.
