Batman - Svět – group of authors (2021)

A 184-page colorful anthology of short stories featuring creators from fourteen different countries around the world – including the Czech Republic! Yes, this is the first time Czech authors are writing and illustrating Batman – perhaps the most famous and popular comic book character. And the names are seriously big. Alongside Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo (Batman: Damned, Joker), there are Nicola Mari (Dylan Dog), Piotr Kowalski (The Witcher: Curse of the Crows), Jae-Kwang Park (Conan of Cimmeria: People of the Black Circle), Tomasz Kolodziejczak (Solar Dominion), Mathieu Gabella (Unicorn), and many more. And joining them are Michal Suchánek and Štěpán Kopřiva! Of course, reaching out to creators from around the world wouldn't have such an impact if they had to fit into some small box.
