Description
Chief Inspector Rudolf Trnička is under intense pressure, and one wrong step could cost him everything he has built over seventeen years. Temporarily suspended from duty for “excessive zeal”, he has only until Thursday noon before the police commissioner delivers the final verdict on his future. While his loyal assistant Houžvička panics, Trnička goes to see his beloved Jindřiška, only to encounter further shadows from the past. An old case involving a wrecked office returns like a boomerang and threatens a destructive explosion, as wrongs that were meant to remain buried come alive in the dust of an old carpenter’s workshop in Chvalozpěvy. Clouds full of dynamite dust gather on the horizon, and the atmosphere grows tense. Among the sacks of the old mill, the greatest mystical secret in all Sladkovsko is also coming back to life.
