Description
Alice is now an adult woman, and the Wonderland she visited as a little girl represents her only escape from the relentless reality of her life in Victorian London. But for such a journey, she needs a little something stronger than magic mushrooms. However, obtaining the means to satisfy her growing addiction is becoming increasingly difficult, and Alice's father and sisters certainly do not approve of her actions. In desperation, she decides to become a resident of the sanatorium at the Most Sacred Heart, where she hopes to find a new home and, above all, a steady supply of the medications she needs for her trips to see the Jabberwock, the Mad Hatter, and her other friends. Soon, however, she discovers that nothing good awaits her in the sanatorium. What horrors lurk in its dark corners? Will Alice prefer to stay in Wonderland until death? Or will she find the courage to face the demons of the real world?
