This Czech-language book introduces traditional Taoist practices through which women can develop and enrich their sexual energy by transforming it into creative, healing and spiritual power. For thousands of years, the sexual principles and techniques presented here were secretly taught by Taoist masters to only a select few who had sworn to secrecy, at royal courts and in Chinese esoteric circles.
