Description
The state of the Czechoslovak Air Force on the brink of the second half of the 1930s is well known. The air regiments, equipped predominantly with classic biplanes covered in fabric for most air force tasks, represented only a negligible deterrent force to a potential adversary, which could not be increased by the good training of personnel or relative numbers. Even the parameters of larger aircraft were no longer up to the times. This situation necessitated the accelerated development of new modern aircraft. The publication describes the development and testing of aircraft – originally transport Aero A-204, bombing Aero A-300, and training A-304. The publication contains many historical photographs, color side views, and drawings.
