A representative mirrored bilingual edition of the Munich poet in Klára Hůrková's series. Ludwig Steinherr (*1962) was born in Munich, where he still lives today. He studied philosophy and earned a doctorate for his work on Hegel and Quine. He has published twenty-six poetry collections, for which he has received significant awards, such as the Leonce-und-Leona-Förderpreis, Evangelischer Bücherpreis, and Hermann-Hesse-Förderpreis. He is a member of the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts. His poems have been translated into English, Italian, French, Arabic, Romanian, Hungarian, Croatian, Greek, and Bengali.
