Description
I live next to a house that is haunted. I started to suspect that something was wrong with the Gothic house when its family fled in the middle of the night, children screaming and the mother in tears. They never returned to take their furniture. No family stays there long. Animals avoid the place. Once, I thought I saw a female silhouette walking through one of the rooms on the upper floor... but that was impossible – no one lived there at that time. A new owner, Anna, had just moved into the house. I visited her to warn her in front of the building. I didn't expect us to become friends, but fate had other plans. Now, as the house at the Marwicks awakens, she asked me if I could stay with her overnight. I never planned to get involved with the building or its vengeful, dead inhabitant. But now I have to save Anna... before it’s too late for both of us.
