Description
This fantasy novel is the second volume in a duology revealing the mysteries of the enigmatic Grimm Forest. The inhabitants of Grimm Valley are suffering under a terrible curse placed on them by the magical forest after its power was misused to murder the local blacksmith. The forest will not relent until Clara, the main heroine, manages to find the killer. After the events of the first volume and the partial breaking of the curse, their long suffering is interrupted by a brief period of hope. This quickly gives way to even greater disappointment when the forest strikes again, with increased force. Clara and Axel, her beloved, return to Grimm Forest to unravel all its mysteries and try to save as many villagers as possible. The forest has drawn these people in and transformed their lives into twisted, murderous versions of the fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm. The story combines suspense, a strong horror atmosphere and a romantic thread. The contents are in Czech.
