Description
In the 80s BC, a young Greek slave walks in a long line towards an uncertain future. He battles diseases, the whims of fate, and unpredictable Roman soldiers who treat Greeks like pieces of meat and act accordingly. During his odyssey, he befriends a white Syrian named Hypsikrates, a lover of good drink named Sulla, and a barber named Lucius. Despite the odds, minimal chances, and the hard work in the mines that only a handful of the chosen survive, they manage to break free from the chains of slavery and embark on an adventure. Great battles, personal traumas, and their dream savior Spartacus await them, who is to lead them to their goal - a Roman Republic as they have envisioned it. And at the end, freedom awaits them. The only question remains whether they will welcome it still alive...
