Description
Teenager Adam grows up in a religious family. Day after day, he faces obsessive upbringing, prejudice, bullying, and describes the inner conflict between deeply rooted faith and the natural desire for his own authenticity. The reader embarks on a journey of self-discovery with him, filled with pain but also the joy of first love.
On the other hand, we follow the fate of Kamil, a successful PR manager at a television station, whose routine is disrupted by the arrival of his dying mother – a woman with whom he has experienced deep estrangement. His story shows how an incurable illness can reopen old wounds and compel forgiveness.
At first glance, Adam and Kamil seem like clear opposites, but as the plot unfolds, their paths gradually intertwine, revealing that the desire for acceptance connects them more than either of them ever imagined.
