Description
Molly's seventieth birthday comes as a shock. The woman looking back at her in the mirror definitely looks seventy years old, there's no debate about that, but deep down, Molly feels she still has many experiences ahead of her. She is a widow, living alone with her cat, and she is starting to fear that she is slowly slipping into the stereotypical image of a grandmother. When her sister Nell appears at the door, completely desperate because her husband Phil, with whom she has spent over forty years, has found a younger lover, they decide to seize the opportunity. By morning, they have bought plane tickets and packed their bags, setting off for Spain. Sun, sea, new friends, and a relaxed atmosphere are the right remedy for a broken heart and a fading soul. However, even Spain is not enough to satisfy Molly's active spirit, so she decides to continue her journey in search of sun and happiness on her own.
