Jednou za život – Swan T. L. (2021)

During a flight from London to New York, I happened to find myself in first class. The food, champagne, service – everything was perfect. The blue-eyed man sitting next to me was the cherry on top. He seemed polished and intelligent. We talked a lot, laughed a lot, and then it happened – a spark flew between us. Fate intervened, and our flight was diverted for an unplanned overnight layover. What were we to do? We had to entertain ourselves somehow. We laughed and danced through the night in Boston... and ultimately spent a wild, sensual night together that I would never forget. All of this happened twelve months ago. I haven't seen him since. Until today. I started a new job, and during the introduction, I was presented to the CEO. Can you imagine my shock when I saw whose sinful blue eyes were looking at me across the mahogany table? But I'm no longer that carefree girl. My life has changed; I have my responsibilities and commitments. I just received an email. He wants me to come to his office for a private meeting at eight in the morning. And so I repeat to myself: what's in the house is not for me. What kind of private meeting could he possibly want?
