Vlastivěda 4 - Poznáváme naši vlast - učebnice RVP (2026)

This Czech-language textbook for fourth grade presents the original topics adapted to the requirements of the current Czech Framework Educational Programme. It emphasises connections between the subject matter and its practical use, with individual chapters containing clear diagrams, photographs and illustrations, as well as cross-curricular links to related topics in other books from the series, cross-cutting themes, points of interest, tasks connecting the material covered, additional discussion tasks and map work. Join teacher Vlastivěda on a journey through the Czech Republic and discover the beauty of the country through clearly arranged maps of its regions, as well as maps showing its landscape, water systems, agriculture and industry. The textbook teaches pupils to work with the reference map of the Czech Republic included in each copy. Regular review sections focus on comparing the pupils’ own region with others, while group work is included in the review tasks placed throughout the book. The textbook also features an invitation to holiday trips, with photographic highlights of interesting parts of the country, and helps pupils develop their skills in using the index of terms. A multimedia interactive version is also available, including an interactive textbook, interactive workbook and multimedia such as exercises, videos, audio and cross-curricular links.
