Relaxation Exercises is a workbook designed to prepare for writing. Its purpose is to relax the student's hand so that teaching of cursive writing can begin in the Workbooks. The workbook is double-sided: one side contains relaxation exercises and practice of individual elements of cursive writing, while the other side has pages for practicing writing numbers.
