We have prepared a comprehensive series of natural science textbooks designed in accordance with the RVP ZV. Emphasis is placed on the interconnectedness of the curriculum and its practical applicability. Each chapter, in addition to the curriculum, includes illustrative diagrams, graphs, photographs, and images. Furthermore, they incorporate interdisciplinary links in the form of references to corresponding topics in other textbooks from the series, cross-cutting themes, group tasks, terms in English and German, review tasks, interesting facts, internet work, and map work. These textbooks are also presented in an interactive format. The textbook on Chordates contains clear informational overviews of animal systems with individual representatives. And since every animal has its place in one of the ecosystems, the textbook is divided into ecosystems: terrestrial (forest, meadow and field, park, human habitats), aquatic (pond and lake, stream and river), and exotic (terrestrial and oceanic). It also includes laboratory work.
