The updated edition includes newly processed chapters on legal and illegal conduct – clarifying the significance of legal regulations in important relationships (e.g., ownership, employment) and containing examples of contracts that we encounter most frequently (purchase agreement, lease agreement, work contract, transportation contract), explaining consumer rights including complaints, the causes and consequences of corruption, and the illegality of violating traffic rules. In Section III. Man, Love, and Marriage, the chapters are newly arranged to emphasize the social dimension of sexual relationships, marriage, and family. The new textbooks for the educational field of Citizenship Education are designed in accordance with the RVP ZV. At the beginning of each chapter, you will again find motivational texts intended to spark students' interest in the relevant topic. In addition to the explanatory text, the textbooks also contain a variety of problem-solving tasks that develop students' cognitive operations.
