The textbook has had its approval clause extended by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports: 'Approved by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under reference number MSMT-19248/2013 on June 28, 2013, for inclusion in the list of textbooks for primary schools as part of a comprehensive series of textbooks for the educational field of Geography with a validity period of six years.' We have prepared a comprehensive series of geography textbooks for you, which are designed in accordance with the Framework Educational Program for Basic Education. Emphasis is placed on the interconnectedness of the curriculum and its practical applicability. Each chapter, in addition to the curriculum, includes illustrative diagrams, graphs, photographs, and images. Furthermore, they include interdisciplinary connections in the form of references to corresponding content in other textbooks from the series, cross-cutting themes, group tasks, terms in English and German, review and creative tasks, interesting facts, internet work, and map and globe work. We have prepared aids (sets of outline maps) for you. These textbooks are also available in an interactive format. The textbook 'Step onto Planet Earth' deals with fundamental questions about the formation and shaping of the universe and the solar system. Students will learn how to navigate Earth and how to use globes and maps in the process. The textbook introduces students to how the basic units of time were established and how time is determined in different parts of the Earth.
