Batman. You've probably heard of him. He dresses like a bat. He hates criminals. He hates guns. And then there's Deadshot, the most accurate and dangerous assassin in the world. He loves guns. He is basically a gun. So why did Batman break into Belle Reve prison and free Amanda Waller right under Deadshot's nose, only to have the entire Suicide Squad descend upon him? Well, Deadshot's teenage daughter has been kidnapped by the lizard death cult Cobra, who wants to turn her into their new leader and thus get devilish revenge on her father. And if Batman is to save her, he must do so with Deadshot's help... if the famous assassin agrees not to kill anyone during their collaboration. Of course, killing is somewhat of Deadshot's pastime. And then there's a little problem that while Batman is going after Cobra, the Suicide Squad and their new leader Captain Cold are coming after Batman. When everyone meets and bullets and ice beams start flying, will Deadshot be able to become the hero Batman believes he should be to save his daughter?
