World of Warcraft - Vlčí srdce – Knaak Richard A. (2025)

After the Cataclysm, war engulfed every corner of Azeroth.

The Horde is hungry for more resources and intends to exploit the chaos to invade Ashenvale and strengthen its growing war machine. The new Warchief, Garrosh Hellscream, employs unprecedented brutal tactics in Ashenvale to subjugate the local territory, crush the defenders among the night elves, and thus cripple the Alliance across the world of Warcraft.

Unaware of the horrors that are about to unfold in Ashenvale, the legendary leaders of the night elves, High Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind and Archdruid Malfurion Stormrage, are holding a summit in Darnassus with the intention of accepting the worgen from Gilneas into the Alliance, but not everyone is pleased with this plan – led by King Varian Wrynn.

When a noble is found murdered on the outskirts of Darnassus, Malfurion and Tyrande try to prevent further bloodshed and unrest, entrusting the task of finding the killer to one of the most cunning and experienced night elves – the renowned Warden Maiev Shadowsong. However, events in Darnassus also mean that the Alliance may remain powerless in its efforts to stop the relentless new Warchief Garrosh in his advance into Ashenvale...
