Description
What could be worse than getting stuck in a virtual world? Instead of enjoying the game, the narrator discovers that he is trapped in the dead body of his character. His only chance of escape is to obtain the Scroll of Resurrection, but the possibility of acquiring it is practically zero. As an undead outcast without friends, surrounded by fickle allies and enemies waiting to attack, the undead executioner must walk a razor’s edge, supported only by other players who are trying to keep him from making a fatal plunge into the abyss. But are they really who they claim to be? In the game, taking on someone else’s identity is all too easy. This Czech-language fantasy novel is the second volume of the Dead Man’s Journey series.
