A mysterious shooter from the woods and the body of one of the party guests found in the millrace trigger a chain of events from which none of the invited guests can escape. The perpetrator is in the mill, and it is possible that they are already looking for another victim. Josefína Divíšková, with her unique style and the substantial help of Commissioner Tvrdík, tries to get to the bottom of it all. In her investigation, they encounter both dangerous and humorous situations, and to make matters worse, Josefína's unpredictable relatives get involved.
