The jubilee hundredth volume of the Czech Library presents the debut novel by Jáchym Topol (born 1962) Sister, a representative work of Czech prose from the late twentieth century. The novel was published in two authorial versions in 1994 and 1996. The present edition is based on the first, unabridged, and complete edition and notes its future transformations in the editorial commentary.
