The Hail Mary prayer was first prayed by the angel who descended from heaven. It was continued by Mary's cousin Elizabeth. Every day, millions of women, men, and children pray it. It is one of the most beloved Christian prayers – a prayer to our heavenly Mother. The book offers the text of the prayer along with short stories that will help children understand the content of this beautiful prayer and the loving presence of the Virgin Mary in our lives. The beautiful colored illustrations are the work of Slovak artist Juraj Martiška. The title is suitable for preschool and younger school-aged children, but also as light reading for May devotions.
