This booklet was created as an introduction to the third part of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, aptly titled 'Life in Christ.' The author shows us that morality is not something detached from life, let alone against life: it arises from a life-giving relationship with God, who loves humanity and desires its good. It helps us maintain harmony and order in life, inspired by the Spirit. It serves as a valuable resource for catechists and priests, for catechumens and confirmands, but also for all who wish to truly live 'a life under the rule of Christ.' The book was first published by KNA in 2000 under the title 'Choose Life.'
