In the second part, we again meet Detective Sam, known as Letter, and his loyal dog assistant Chik Chihuahua, who investigate the sudden disappearance of a rare blue parrot aboard the airship. Will they, along with the readers, manage to get to the bottom of the mystery and uncover the perpetrator?
