Description
The workbook is the second part of the mini series Practicing Letters and Words. Thematically, it falls into the spring and summer period and relates to the second part of the textbook – Stories. The workbook focuses on supporting book work and reading, and also includes various crosswords and exercises for text comprehension. All texts in the second workbook are already written in lowercase letters.
The workbook is divided into 8 thematic chapters – 4 spring and 4 summer – each offering pages full of adventure. The tasks are carefully designed to correspond to the individual phases of learning to read and write using the genetic method. The stories are told first in the form of a comic, which is the easiest for reading, followed by picture reading, and the final texts are complete. At the end of the workbook, there is an appendix titled 'What I Want to Do During the Holidays,' which children can fill out.
