Description
This Czech-language mathematics workbook provides comprehensive preparation for the unified entrance examination for secondary schools leading to the school-leaving exam. It contains seven test areas, each with a summary of the material, pairs of solved and unsolved problems, worked solutions to problems that students most often got wrong in previous years, advice on avoiding mistakes, and practice exercises. The areas cover whole numbers, fractions and square roots; units of length, area and volume; tables, diagrams and percentages; algebraic expressions and equations; word problems; geometric calculations; and construction problems. The exercises correspond in type to those used in the examination. Ten sample didactic tests with answer sheets allow students to practise under realistic conditions. The workbook also includes e-learning with videos explaining the material, additional exercises and solutions, available after registration and entering the access code.
