In accordance with the RVP ZV, the aim of the set of literature textbook and workbook is to fully replace traditional literature teaching, which involves laborious homework preparation for teachers and the use of outdated and extensive readers, from which teachers often utilize only a small part. The textbook is suitably complemented by the workbook, which contains excerpts from literary works and various tasks for text analysis. It builds on the genre classification of literature from the previous year, and in the second part, it transitions to a chronological perspective. It includes pictograms and color-coded panels marked 'Tasks' to stimulate discussion, 'Interesting Facts' that enhance the explanation, and 'Explanations' that clarify the meanings of certain terms from the text. The textbook has a clear and engaging graphic design.
