The collection is an echo of the events of the past year. The need to respond to them, the urge to comment on them. These were the two motivational pillars for writing this second collection of snapshots by the author. Every day is a gift, even if it doesn't bring joy at first glance. Every day is a wonder that begins with awakening. And it doesn't end with dusk. Through this collection, the author presents micro-stories that have etched themselves under the skin. Some are stronger, cheerful, while others are serious and perhaps uplifting. Jaroslav Brož Jr. was born in 1977 in Prague. In 2017, he published his debut poetry collection titled What the Wind Blows Away, but Remains in the Heart, which contains poems spanning about 20 years and reflects various stages and moods of the author's life. However, the collection presented to readers was created in just a year of authorship and responds to recent events – both the pleasant and encouraging, as well as those describing skepticism and futility... As can be felt from this collection of snapshots, the author does not succumb to skepticism or futility.
