After quite a long time, employers in public services and administration, as well as service offices, are presented with a publication containing provisions regulating salary payments according to the status valid as of January 1, 2023, including the classification of all jobs and administrative activities performed by employees and civil servants into salary grades, and providing further practical assistance and guidance in the form of comments on problematic procedures for classifying employees or positions into salary grades. The Job Catalog for 2023 reflects the changes that have occurred according to amendments to government regulations on the job catalog in public services and administration and government regulations on the catalog of administrative activities in the performance of jobs and administrative activities since the previous edition of the publication.
