The publication contains templates of selected submissions and actions based on Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of security forces. It includes templates of submissions and actions made by service officials and participants in proceedings concerning service relationships and its various stages, as well as templates of submissions and actions made when deciding on the rights and obligations of members of security forces outside formal proceedings. Each individual template is supplemented with notes that inform about the contexts associated with it, and some are also provided with references to the Act on the Service Relationship of Members of Security Forces with commentary, notes, and case law (ANAG, 2019). An ideal assistant for practice The publication is a suitable tool for practical application and is primarily intended for service officials, personnel department staff of security forces, and other professional personnel directly involved in decision-making in matters of service relationships.
