The book loosely follows the author's debut titled Hospice – A Story of Fulfilled Hope. Cardinal Miloslav Vlk wrote a concise preface to it. Unfortunately, he will not write another, as he has passed away, but the author's explicit wish to "in her second book write: I accompanied the cardinal" is fulfilled here. Following his advice, she also gives voice to several of her successors in it. Their personal testimonies confirm that the cardinal was not mistaken. He prophetically recognized that a great work of God was hatching in the small foothill town of Hořice. He called it "evangelization through service." Jana Sieberová faithfully follows in the footsteps of her teacher and godmother, Marie Svatošová. Like her, she travels around the country, tirelessly giving lectures, burning with passion, igniting others, sowing seeds, watering them with prayer, and helping them to sprout, grow, and mature with faith. Inspired by the Hořice Rainbow, more than twenty domestic hospices have already been established in our countries. They are supportive, helping each other and encouraging one another. It is not just a human endeavor, but a divine one. In the previous book, the reader learned something about the miracles in the souls of their patients; here, they will also read about the miracles in the souls of those who have heard the call to serve the dying and respond to it.
