The October elections – as they are being prepared – cannot bring any radical change for the better. At most, we can hope that they will succeed in preventing the extreme left, led by the Pirates, from coming to power. However, their outcome could awaken those who are hesitant. They could be the beginning of change, the seed of a turnaround, the last warning bell. This collection aims to contribute to that, as it describes and analyzes the sad pre-election situation and its broader context from various angles through the texts of IVK authors.
