If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! For products damaged in transport or defective from manufacturing we offer a full refund or a replacement product within 30 days of receiving your order. If you simply change your mind, you can return your product at your own cost for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

• Returned items must be returned in their original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of use

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@czechmovie.com with your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange. For damaged or defective items, a photo helps us resolve your request quickly.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back to us.
