The trust that Agatha's daughter Rosalind showed her led to exclusive access to Agatha's notebooks, correspondence, and other documents, as well as interviews with numerous relatives, friends, and colleagues of Agatha. The result is a comprehensive and thorough book that primarily relies on quotes and testimonies from Agatha Christie herself and those who were close to her. It offers readers new perspectives on Agatha's personality, work, family, opinions, experiences – and perhaps even on that infamous eleven-day disappearance... The book was first published in Britain in 1984 and has been reissued several times, most recently in a newly revised edition in 2017. The Slovart publishing house joins the celebrations of the 130th anniversary of Agatha Christie's birth with the first Czech edition of this biography.
