Volání netvora - Příběh života – Ness Patrick (2019)

Thirteen-year-old Conor is visited night after night by a monster. However, it is not the one Conor expected - the one from the nightmare that has haunted him since his mother began to suffer from unsuccessful treatment procedures in the hospital. This monster is different. It is a mysterious apparition from ancient times, hiding in the form of an old tree behind the house. It is here to tell Conor three stories. In return, it wants something. The most dangerous thing of all. It wants the truth. This mysterious book full of dark fairy-tale atmosphere was written by Patrick Ness based on an idea by the late Siobhan Dowd, and in 2016, Juan Antonio Bayona adapted it into a film of the same name.
