Description
The collection Layer is a selection from the existing works of Tereza Horváthová (1996), and although the poems are not arranged chronologically, an attentive reader may notice a certain range between texts clearly inspired by surrealism and poems that are tight, compact, and almost austere. Tereza Horváthová is a very careful observer of the objective world; her texts establish a relationship with the surrounding world that is always new and unexpected. The collection consists of 58 texts, miniatures in which events unfold that can stir the reader's perception. Some of them etch themselves into memory right after the first reading.
