Description
The creature Mbwun is still attacking. The book follows the novel Relic. The story takes place eighteen months later in New York. Mysterious murders reappear. The method of execution reminds everyone who participated in the fight with Mbwun of the events at the Museum of Natural History. This time, however, the victims of the murders are homeless people living in the abandoned tunnels of the New York subway. A well-known team embarks on the search for Mbwun - Agent Pendergast, Lieutenant D'Agosta, Dr. Frock, and Dr. Margo Green. To save New York, they must flood the underground from the lake in Central Park.
