The author seeks to identify and clarify these problem areas. Reality may seem to demand clear-cut answers, but this is an illusion created by the human desire for simplicity. Life is multilayered and diverse, and cannot be confined to a single category. This makes judicial decision-making even more complicated, especially in cases involving works that can generally be reproduced endlessly. The author recognises that no completely unambiguous solution is possible and instead draws attention to the contradictions and sometimes inexplicable parts of copyright legislation. At the same time, he avoids unnecessary complexity and presents his ideas as simply as possible. The book is intended for professionals, especially those who encounter copyright law in practice.
