Description
The university textbook explains the legal essence of the most significant types of procedural actions of public administration bodies in specific areas of public administration in a clear and understandable way. It provides their characteristics and points out the differences in relation to the general regulation in the administrative procedure.
The procedural actions regulated by special laws are systematically divided according to their content into proceedings to which the administrative procedure applies subsidiarily, proceedings to which the administrative procedure does not apply, and procedures that are not administrative proceedings. These include proceedings on misdemeanors, expropriation proceedings, tax proceedings, the process of urban planning, and many others.
The interpretation is supplemented by current judicial jurisprudence from the highest Slovak or international courts.
