Description
The publication describes the legal norm-setting of local self-government in its independent competence and the legal regulation of this issue. In addition to description and analysis, it also contains proposals de lege ferenda, the implementation of which into the Czech legal system would bring a qualitative shift. The research in this publication includes a special section dedicated to the norm-setting of municipalities in the area of property tax. This chapter analyzes the main problems that municipalities face when issuing generally binding regulations on property tax from a practical perspective.
