The anthology contains sixteen student works from a field seminar on constitutional law, held in July 2023 by the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Horní Lomná. ***** This time, the seminar focused on the constitutional dimension of various issues that have been the subject of cultural wars in society in recent years. ***** A wide range of topics thus includes climate change, the migration crisis, the rights of LGBTQIA+ individuals, the definition of rape, the right to abortion, internet censorship, blasphemy, state interference in child upbringing, and the right to pay in cash.
