The Civil Procedure Practicum is designed to practice the application of civil procedural law standards to practical cases. ***** The practicum is organized by individual topics, which in the second part include traditional institutes of civil procedure: from the correction of defective decisions to non-contentious proceedings, administrative judiciary, and enforcement and arbitration proceedings. ***** Each chapter contains a model case study and additional thematically related examples.
